Re: [dom] rename before() and after() of ChildNode (#134)

Can anyone confirm that this method was already shipped in WebKit (https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74648)? And one more thing, If yes then we have `ChildNode.replace()` or `ChildNode.replaceWith()`?
