All web platform tests should be easy to use from a phone, ESPECIALLY the touch tests.  We should probably talk with WPT folks about the right guidelines for W3C tests generally.  See context with @ms2ger [here](https://reviewable.io/reviews/w3c/web-platform-tests/2299#-K6EZUKjnb_nZRZMbhyg).
