Re: [webcomponents] Support /deep/ in static profile (bugzilla: 28591) (#78)

AFAIK,

- Blink guys are okay to support /deep/ in static profile.
- Apple objected to /deep/ in any case.
- I do not know other browser vendors' opinion about this.
