Re: [clipboard-apis] Move script-created events out of "fire a clipboard event" (#16)

Yes, please lets deal with this in the editing taskforce and join the taskforce if you want to work on this. None of us are religious about any of this, but on the JS side of things we have now experienced about a decade with little progress in terms of getting cE to work consistently and predictably and the taskforce seems to finally be a step forward.
