Re: [ServiceWorker] Background caching (#574)

Good to know, @jkarlin!

@jakearchibald and I were just discussing these issues, and I think there's a strong case for adding `waitUntil()` to `FetchEvent` to keep users from having to guess after the behavior.

The caching of large [groups of] files, as a background process, still likely needs new API.
