If anyone is interested in XML UI languages that let
you build "classic" desktop applications using
web-style techniques, that is, markup plus scripting,
allow me to highlight the XUL Alliance site @
http://xul.sourceforge.net that lists many open source
projects such as Ibex, Luxor, Thinlet, SwiXml,
Reinaissance, MyXAML, and so on that explore the new
territory of rich internet applications
