First WD

The XMLHttpRequest object is implemented today, in some form, by many
popular Web browsers. Unfortunately the implementations are not
completely interoperable.

This information is very contextual to the history of XMLHttpRequest
Object *now*. Would it make sense in a few years from now on. I would
	- to remove it
  	- and/or to create an Appendix about the history,
	- or move it to the status section
