Yup, although note that despite sounding fatal, the output we're seeing there is of the "warning" variety only. Those details don't effect WPT's test runs, and you'll find the same messages in response to successful builds (e.g. [this log for gh-5600](https://travis-ci.org/w3c/web-platform-tests/jobs/223357678#L537)). Without verbose logging enabled in ChromeDriver, the output during the timeout looks identical--it's just truncated at the point of failure. That's too much information, I'm sure! In any event, I've re-started he job for you. That's the best recourse we have until the folks on Chromium DevTools are able to correct the problem.
