Sorry, formdata.htm is correct, because the 2nd argument is a String, not a Blob. Also, the spec does give us a filename for blobs, so the test changed was also correct. Closing. View on GitHub: https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/5517#issuecomment-292855758
