MC: I added a link to the end of the preamble paragraph. I didn't add it to
each of the bullets though, that seemed redundant. I can if you really want.

ALS2: I knew I wasn't being clear on this but couldn't figure out how to
make it better. I wasn't suggesting this addition to the "bullets" in the
list. I was suggesting it be added to our "additional guidance" for each of
the SC that appear in the list. In other words, add it to the Additional
Guidance section for 1.1.1 on this page:
