New/revised techniques/failures for 3.2.4, 3.2.5

Hi,

I had an action item to work on techniques and failures for 3.2.4 and 3.2.5.

For 3.2.4:

New technique:
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Failure_due_to_using_two_different_labels_for_same_function_on_different_pages

New content added:
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Failure_due_to_using_different_text_alternatives_for_components_with_identical_functions

For 3.2.5:

Added test procedure and expected results:
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Providing_a_mechanism_to_request_an_update_of_the_content_instead_of_updating_automatically

Added test procedure and expected results:
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Implementing_automatic_redirects_on_the_server_side_instead_of_on_the_client_side
Perhaps the content of this general technique should be moved to
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Using_an_instant_server-side_redirect
?

I'm not sure how to write a test procedure for this one:
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Providing_a_mechanism_to_open_a_new_window_instead_of_opening_an_automatic_pop-up_window_and_changing_the_current_window_without_informing_the_user

Added test procedure and expected results:
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Failure_due_to_unrequested_removal_of_controls_of_user_agent
(Test procedure is actually rather vague, because the failure is not
technology-specific.)

Added tests (including code for a test file, although there's already code
in the examples):
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Failure_due_to_using_meta_refresh

New failure:
http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Failure_due_to_opening_a_new_window_or_a_pop-up_after_a_click_on_content_that_does_not_perform_a_function

Four more failures to go...

Regards,

Christophe
