We had a snafu with 3.2.1

Both team a and team c had this one. We deferred to them and they put it
as a secondary technique to be done next round.

However it is our only technique.

So we need to do it now

I did a first pass at it. it is at http://tinyurl.com/k3k5z

Take a look. Make - or send me any edits.

Shouldn't take you more than 3 minutes. It is short and obvious.
