ACT TF: 48 hour Call for Consensus (CfC) to send hte updated Common Input Aspects to the AG WG to publish

Hi everyone,

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the ACT Task Force on an update to
the Accessibility Conformance Testing Rules: Common Input Aspects:
https://w3c.github.io/wcag-act/NOTE-act-rules-common-aspects.html to be
sent to the AG WG for approval and publication.

As discussed at the 14 Nov. meeting, this document had links to the
editor's version of the ACT Rules Format Spec and was missing Shadi and
myself in the editors' list. Moe has made the updates in this latest
Editor's Draft. No substantive changes have been made since the last
publication.

This CfC is open for objection, comment, or statements of support via
email.  Silence will be interpreted as support, though messages of support
are preferred.

If you object or have comments concerning this update, please respond to
this email no later than Midnight Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday 20
November.
