RE: updated Methodology document

Is there a way the changes between successive releases could be documented somewhere (for example, "diff-marked"?), if not done already? It would be nice to access the latest release knowing what specifically has changed from the previous release without having to read through the entire document and comparing with earlier release?

Also, are we maintaining an issues list which may be tracked?

Thanks Tim Boland NIST
