Or, based on the message from Amy I just saw, "Evaluation Methodology for Assessing Website Accessibility Conformity to WCAG 2.0".

And that would make the acronym "EMAWAC"... which, as everyone knows, means "don't forget tool testing with real users" in Cherokee. ;p
