Hi,

WAEX [1] checks for:

9	Priority 1 checkpoints
16	Priority 2 checkpoints
8	Priority 3 checkpoints
------------------
33	WCAG 1.0 checkpoints
23	Non-WCAG checkpoints
20+	Mobile Web tests

33/65 = 50.79% (which is higher than 30%, though not all of them are 
fully checked).
