Well, theoretically since GET is idempotent you can safely try, for
example, simply submitting the form with its default values. This will
clearly be of varying utility depending on the site in question
though. Test 3.10 "LINK_TARGET_FORMAT" seems to be pretty much
requiring that this is done.
