daylight saving time

Dear group,

Today the daylight Saving Time and ends in Europe and North America. 
Accordingly, the teleconference meeting time has been changed back to 
15:00 to 16:00 UTC in order to accommodate the current WG participation. 
The meeting times are thus effectively unchanged:
   * 07:00 to 08:00 North American Pacific Time (PST)
   * 10:00 to 11:00 North American Eastern Time (EST)
   * 16:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET)

date for your own time zone:

Reminder: there will be *no teleconference* this Wednesday 1 November 
due to all All Saints holiday, next meeting is on Wednesday 8 November.
