I think the second item in the last list in section 2.3 (Header property) 
should be cache-control instead of cache-xontrol.

Another response header that appears to be widely supported by browsers is 
"Refresh"; see the discussion on the WCAG list 
(http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-gl/2006JanMar/0078.html) and 
the failure in the WCAG Wiki:
