Tool guiding a repair

An evaluation tool has identified a problem in a page. Another tool wants  
to use this result to guide a user through the process of repairing the  
page (i.e. fixing something so that the page passes instead of fails the  
test). The tool needs to know how to find the error, but doesn't do the  
evaluation itself.
