Hi Charles,

Yes, the minutes didn't record the resolutions very well.

1. It was decided that we publish the draft EARL Requirements

2. We decided to keep the earl:confidence as it is currently defined but define specific definitions for the values "high", "medium", and "low". I'll post more on that in a separate mail.

3. September isn't a good month for a F2F in Europe, first half of October looked more suitable for most attendees.
