proposed changes to the EARL schema

Dear Group,

Please find attached, a collection of some of the changes to the EARL schema that were recently discussed on the list.

This collection does not yet reflect any formal acceptance of the group, it should just facilitate tracking the discussions and how they relate to the schema.

In the next ERT telecons we will be discussing these changes in order to resolve any outstanding issues. Please send any comments, ideas, or further proposals to the list.
