The JISC TechDis entry could be substantially updated to include the
Accessibility Essentials series (Reading online and Creating accessible
Word documents, Presentations and PDFs) as well as the Getfreesoftware
section linking to free and open sources assistive technologies and the
AccessApps portable free software as well as the Web2Access information
on evaluating the accessibility of web2 services.

I could write an update but who should I liaise with to ensure it gets
to the site?
