comparing chapter 7 draft and old version

Hi,

the two attachments are edited versions of the current, and proposed,  
chapter 7.

In the new one I have highlighted things that are new, or that are changed  
 from the current version. In the old one I highlighted *requirements*  
(MUST/SHOULD/some MAY) that were dropped, struck through text that was  
wiped wholesale, and noted things that were changed.

(The old one is xhtml, the new one is html5)

Both drafts also have some light comments on what changed.

Things that are unmarked are generally in both documents, although they  
may have moved, or been editorially tweaked (the new draft is about 60%  
the size of the current version).

This is quite possibly not definitive (although I did make a real effort  
to make it accurate), but I hope it is helpful.
