Please make w3process Tracker instance report all new Actions and Issues to the list from Arthur Barstow on 2013-06-26 (public-w3process@w3.org from June 2013)

I just created an Issue [Issue-33] within the w3process Tracker instance 
and the Issue was not automatically sent to the list. Please change this 
version of Tracker such that all new Actions and Issues are reported to 
the public-w3process list.
