 Thank you for taking the time to write this proposal up.

 I suggest you evangelize it both to folks on the public-vocabs mailing
list and to potential webmasters who might want to use it on their
websites. If there is sufficient interest in all or part of the vocabulary,
we can figure out what the next steps are.
