Wine is not a created work itself (although we like to think that way), but
instead a manufactured good or Product.  Where you could have a
CreativeWork like an http://schema.org/Article about that manufactured good
or Product or even a thorough  http://schema.org/Review that gave the Wine
Product a not so good http://schema.org/Rating
