[minutes] 3 Sep New Standards Task Force meeting

Hi all,

No next call scheduled yet. The next big milestone is 20 September,  
when the proposal [1] needs to be very solid. On 8 Sep I will present  
to the PSIG for discussion. I will call the next meeting based on (1)  
available time (2) PSIG input (3) urgency of resolving open issues.
