decision to publish first version of ontology

During today's UWA teleconference the participants asked the team 
contacts to proceed with preparing for the first publication of the 
Delivery Context Ontology based upon the editor's draft dated 
30th November 2007 at:

http://www.w3.org/2007/uwa/editors-drafts/DeliveryContextOntology/2007-11-30/DCOntology.html

Working Group members now have until next week's telecon to voice 
your objections to going ahead with the publication. Otherwise the 
plan is to seek publication later this month.
