In advance of issuing a call for consensus to transition TTML2 to CR2 please indicate if you 1) intended to implement a feature but have decided not to or 2) have reason to think we should mark any feature as at risk. 

Note that the ED features some new feature designators. 

This is so that we can mark any at risk features as being so and ease transition to PR in case we need to drop any such features.
