metadata test files

Here are some metadata test files to add to the test suite.

Although we might change ttm:desc, I've used that for now as it's in the 
current dfxp draft.

I haven't yet included a test for ttm:actor as I think this (and 
ttm:agent) would benefit from some discussion and could probably be 
simplified.
