more style tests

tests for direction, display, displayAlign, extent.  because we haven't yet made a decision about timeContainer (see sean's note at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-tt/2008Dec/0106.html), i've left that attribute out of these tests.

speaking of which... can we add timeContainer to this week's agenda?
