Dzenana - FYI, here are a couple of tests that use idlharness.js:

Navigation Timing Recommendation <http://www.w3.org/TR/navigation-timing/>
<http://w3c-test.org/webperf/tests/approved/navigation-timing/html5/idlharness.html>

High Resolution Time Recommenation spec <http://www.w3.org/TR/hr-time/>
<http://w3c-test.org/webperf/tests/approved/HighResolutionTime/idlharness.html>
