Hasn't this thread gotten waaaaaaay off topic?

Looking at the subject, and the intermediate threads, I see nothing  
that changes my original answer.

Right now there is a last call working draft (or SAWSDL) in need of  
review. How about focusing on the technical issues *at hand* rather  
than longer term stuff? At least until the group produces a review of  
some sort.
