news from RVL and VISO

Hello SWISIG-community,

at last year's HSWI workshop I proposed the RDFS/OWL Visualization Language (RVL) [1]. For those who like the idea, but prefer examples and results: Having implemented a (very) prototypical interpreter and tooling [2], you can now look at some generated example graphics [3] along with the corresponding visual mapping descriptions in RVL. Any (including critical) feedback on the idea of RVL or thoughts on how to integrate with other approaches are very much appreciated!

Initial documentation can be found on the GitHub wiki pages, more doc and examples will follow.
