Refer to Semantic Web FAQ page at http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/SW-FAQ The instructions at the beginning of the FAQ suggest that the questions may be expanded to reveal the answers. But this can only be done with a mouse and not from a keyboard. The questions appear to be marked up as h2 but are not marked up as hyperlinks (anchors) and hence cannot be tabbed to. Nor do they come up in a link-list drawn up by a screen reader. It is only when a one mouses over an FAQ that one realizes that it can be clicked.
