Re: OWL WG LC comment for SKOS reference document [ISSUE-158]

Thank you for your comments [1,ISSUE-158]:

The introduction uses some sophisticated Turtle constructs without even
any mention of the syntax being used.  At least a pointer is required
here.

The Turtle document is cited and referenced in Section 1.2. There are  
also brief explanations in Sections 1.7.3 and 9.5. Additional text  
has also been added to the end of Section 1.7.

The Working Group propose to close this issue. I hope this is  
satisfactory
