[SKOS comment] Typo in Ref, sec. 7.1 (Semantic Relations / Preamble)

Hi!

In the 4th paragraph of sec. 7.1 of the new SKOS Reference WD:

  "Note that the properties [...] are not defined as 
   _a_ transitive properties."

The "a" is redundant.
