[SKOS comment] possible typo in RDF example of sec. 1.3 ("SKOS, RDF and OWL")

Hi!

I'm new to SKOS, but from what I have read in the "Core Guide", there
shouldn't normally be more than one 'skos:prefLabel' property with the same
language tag.

Section 1.3 of the new Reference WD contains the following RDF example:

      <A> rdf:type skos:Concept ;
          skos:prefLabel "love"@en ;
  -->     skos:prefLabel "adoration"@en ;
          skos:broader <B> ;
          skos:inScheme <C> .

Perhaps, the marked line should rather be

  skos:altLabel "adoration"@en

?
