In 9.6.3. Nested Collections you should add a note that skos:memeber is 
not defined as a transitive property. The note could also added to
10.6.1. Transitivity of skos:exactMatch, skos:broadMatch, skos:relatedMatch:

<A> skos:member <B> .
<B> skos:member <C> .

does not entail

<A> skos:member <C> .
