Our first editor's draft for the SKOS Primer, dated of January 14, is 
available from:
http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SKOS/DraftPrimer

You can now review it, considering that a number of sections are still 
missing, many of them because of the corresponding SKOS issues still 
lack definitive resolutions.
