Re: Re-using DC in OWL-DL - what's the best practice?

Dear Chris,

for me the question arises if owl:AnnotationProperties should be used at all

to describe the properties of an Individual.

My feeling says that they should be used only at the concept level, but not
on the individual level (well, except nominals), but I could not find a
clear
statement in the OWL spec to confirm this.
