reminder: next telecon is 24 April, not 17 April.

At the 3 April meeting we decided [1] to shift our telecon
schedule by one week as next Monday is a holiday for
many WG participants.

So we are not meeting this coming Monday, 17 April, nor
on 1 May but instead on 24 April and then again on 8 May.
