Here are some thoughts, other people's input desired. 1) The TF should aim to finish by the end of the WG lifetime (this charter) 2) Finishing involves: - publishing 2nd draft, that a) addresses all comments (also checks against XSCD for updates in their latest draft) b) makes decisions about best practice c) asks for implementations - publishing note, pointing to implementation experience (if any) This suggests a F2F goal of publishing 2nd draft shortly after F2F. On the decisions front ... IIRC we have had no negative comments concerning the editors' position versus identifiers, hence I think we should endorse the editors' position. OTOH, we have had disagreement from the HP Jena team concerning the implementation difficulty with the editors' position with respect to equality. Thus: critical path is probably something like: - have discussion about response to HP Jena team - make equality decision - get draft ready - review draft It is not clear if all of this can be done in time for F2F so that we can vote on 2nd WD at F2F.
