I did this (using the meeting records posted here) and sent part of
the analysis privately to Guus and David.  The data shows little
obvious patterns in the two times-of-day for all but Deb.  Deb sent
standing regrets for the 1400Z time and has held to that.  Everyone
else who has sent regrets or attended has not obviously favored
either of the two times in either regrets or attendance.
