yes, I said I would do this.  I found 3 mailed-only responses:

Alan Rector     Y: Hiroshima, Bristol, N: Palo Alto, DC (4 Aug)
Dan Brickley    Y: Hiroshima, Bristol, N: Palo Alto, DC (5 Aug)
Libby Miller    Y: Hiroshima, Bristol, N: Palo Alto, DC (3 Aug)

I was able to put Libby's response into the database but not Alan's
or DanBri's (for administrative reasons having to do with their AC reps)

This brings the totals for the first poll to:

Hiroshima       Y: 6    P: 3    N: 9
Palo Alto       Y: 2    P: 6    N: 9
DC              Y: 5    P: 5    N: 8
Bristol Y: 8    P: 3    N: 6
