(partial/complete) regrets Dec 2

Sorry regrets again I'm travelling Thursday afternoon. I might try and 
call for the middle half-hour of telecon (i.e. 15.30 - 16.00 UTC) but it 
depends on how check-in etc goes. (Flight at 16.40).

I'll send an XSCH update before the telecon.
