Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) 2 Draft Published

Greetings, SVG Accessibility Community Group:

I remain unclear as to whether this group will become active, but 
I'll keep posting things I happen to see, in hopes that my efforts 
will at least foster awareness.

As an example, I hope those who have comments about accessibility 
will provide them on this draft, as may be appropriate.

Maybe all the work is going on elsewhere, and if so, then perhaps 
this community  group should be concluded, and those who expressed 
interest should be directed to where they might actively add value.
