No SVG F2F Dev Night

Hey, folks–

I looked into organizing the evening dev night for Friday, as we 
discussed, but after reaching out to some local meetup organizers, I was 
told that Friday was a bad night, since it's a long weekend and most 
people will be gone.

So, I'm cancelling the event.

So, I appreciate everyone volunteering, and maybe we can do it for the 
next f2f.
