Invitation to SVG F2F

Hi, CSS WG-

Fantasai noted on IRC that since the SVG WG is going to be meeting at 
Mozilla headquarters next week, and since some of you are based in that 
area, that it might be a good time for us to meet.  The SVG WG will not 
be attending TPAC, so we would like to take this opportunity to invite 
any of you who are interested to join us on some afternoon of your 
choosing next week.

We can go over logistics later.
